When booking online, please be aware of the following policies designed to protect both our guests and our business:
Payment Terms: Full payment or a deposit may be required at the time of booking. All transactions are secured and processed online.
No-Show Policy: Failure to arrive for your reservation without prior notice will result in losing your online deposit.
Booking Confirmation: All bookings are subject to confirmation. You will receive an email confirmation upon successful processing of your reservation.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid charges. Late cancellations may incur a fee equivalent to 20% of the total price of the booking.
Changes to Reservations: Requests for changes to your reservation must be made through our customer service (Instagram or email). Changes are subject to availability.
